What are the requirements for joining?

We’re not going to lie, the RamseyTrusted network is pretty exclusive. We’re looking for seasoned agents with three years of experience and at least 20 sides closed in the past 12 months. If your resumé doesn’t match up quite yet, send us your info anyway! We’ll keep your name handy for when it does.

What happens after I fill out the form?

Our team will look over your info to verify you’ve got what it takes to become a RamseyTrusted ELP and check for an opportunity in your area. Once we check those boxes, be on the lookout for a call or email from us!

What’s Ramsey’s real estate philosophy?

Since Dave Ramsey got his start in real estate, it’s no secret his company would be passionate about sharing what he’s learned. So when people come to Ramsey for help buying a home, we make sure they’re financially ready to pull the trigger by telling them stuff like this:
- Get a 15-year fixed–rate conventional mortgage.
- Put at least 10% down.
- Pay a monthly payment of no more than 25% of your take-home pay.
Plus, we know the value an expert agent brings to the real estate process, so we don’t encourage FSBO. We’re telling them to work with a trusted pro—that’s you.
