Workplace icebreakers and trust-building games can be the worst. 

But mental health expert Dr. John Delony wants to help you navigate conversations and improve your relationships! That’s why he developed Questions for Humans. These conversation starters for the workplace will help you put your phones down and actually connect (in a non-lame way).

There are 52 cards in this deck, and the questions on them are fun, thought provoking and, at times, a little bit ridiculous. Whether you’ve worked together for a few days or a few years, they’ll help you get to know each other better. 

Take turns picking a card, asking the question, and listening. Choose honesty. Be kind. Laugh a lot. (And don’t take yourselves too seriously.)
